The water cooler reservoir is installed after the condenser and is directly connected with the drain pipe of the condenser. The refrigerant liquid of the condenser should flow unimpeded into the reservoir so that the cooling area of the condenser can be fully utilized. On the other hand, when the heat load of the evaporator changes, the requirement of the refrigerant liquid also changes. At that time, the reservoir plays the role of regulating and storing the refrigerant. For small cold water mechanism cooling device system, liquid storage is often not installed, but the use of condenser to regulate and store refrigerant.
In the cold circulation of the cold water mechanism, water and dirt (oil, iron filings, copper filings) must be prevented from entering. The source of water is mainly the trace water contained in the newly added refrigerant and lubricating oil, or the water brought by the air entering the maintenance system. If the water in the system is not cleared, when the refrigerant passes through the throttle valve (thermal expansion valve or capillary), the water will sometimes solidified into ice due to the decrease in pressure and temperature, blocking the channel and affecting the normal operation of the refrigeration device. Therefore, the filter dryer must be installed in the cold water system.
Evaporator is a heat transfer device that relies on the evaporation (actually boiling) of refrigerant liquid to absorb the heat of the cooled medium. Its function in the refrigeration system is to absorb heat (or cold output). In order to ensure that the evaporation process can be stable and lasting, it is necessary to constantly use the refrigeration compressor to remove the evaporating gas, in order to maintain a certain evaporation pressure.
The thermal expansion valve is not only the flow control valve in the refrigerating machine system, but also the throttle valve in the refrigeration equipment. It is installed in the refrigeration equipment between the filter dryer and the evaporator, and its temperature sensing packet is wrapped in the outlet of the evaporator. Its main function is to make the high pressure and normal temperature refrigerant liquid throttling and reducing pressure when flowing through the thermal expansion valve, into low temperature and low pressure refrigerant wet vapor (mostly liquid, a small part of it is steam) into the evaporator, vaporizing and absorbing heat in the evaporator, and achieve the purpose of cooling.
Most industrial chillers used in modern industry use R22 or R12 as refrigerant. Refrigerant is a flowing working medium in the refrigeration system. Its main function is to carry heat and realize heat absorption and heat release when the state changes. Cold water machine used in plastic processing machinery molding mold cooling, can greatly improve the surface finish of plastic products, reduce the surface marks and internal stress of plastic products, so that the product does not shrink, no deformation, easy to release plastic products, accelerate product styling, so as to greatly improve the production efficiency of plastic molding machine.
