We used the enthalpy difference laboratory to test the power consumption, cooling capacity and cooling performance coefficient (COP) of 1 typhoon cold heat pump unit before and after finned ash deposition at different ambient temperatures. The results show that the cooling capacity of the unit decreases, the power consumption of the unit increases and the COP decreases. Compared with 35℃, finned ash accumulation at 43℃ has slightly less influence on unit performance.

The air-cooled refrigerator is installed outdoors, especially in the dry and windy climate in winter, the heat dissipation aluminum fins of the refrigerator are relatively dirty. After dirty, the ventilation is not smooth and the heat dissipation is not good, which easily leads to the increase of high pressure and power consumption of the refrigerator. Therefore, it is necessary to clean the fin often as one of the necessary work for the maintenance of the refrigerator.
